Features
- The short end is machined with a half ball point, making it easier to approach the hexagonal hole than conventional products.
- The half-ball processing makes it easy to insert and provides the same level of torque transmission as conventional products.
- The screw can be turned from a maximum inclination angle of 32°.
- In order to ensure uniform and high-precision tempering (heat treatment) hardness (HRC 60°±1°), we do not use a continuous furnace, but instead use a completely non-oxidizing, decarburization correction quenching method using a closed furnace.
- The pipe handle can also be used for final tightening with a ball point.
- The parts are partially painted so that the size can be easily identified by color.
- When used with the power-up handle, it allows for stronger tightening.
